This chart was originally developed on an IBM 360 computer and printed on two sheets of 11 by 17 or so paper and the two sheets taped together. Now-a-days I have no way to print such a chart, so here it is on the Internet for your enjoyment. It depicts the relationships among early Dutch, English, French, German, Norwegian, Scottish, Swiss and Walloon settlers of New Amsterdam then later Schenectady and Schoharie County, New York.
